John Sevilla, NP

John Sevilla NP is part Adult Nurse Practitioner and part Board Certified Cardiac/Vascular Nurse. His educational and training background includes St. Luke’s College of Nursing – Trinity University of Asia, Philippine Heart Center, and Maryville University at St. Louis Missouri. For over 15 years he has helped and guided patients in the care and treatment of acute and chronic heart conditions. 

He is currently practicing as a step-down ICU clinical nurse in -Cardiovascular Thoracic unit at UCSF Medical Center at Parnassus. He is the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) champion in his unit, now in charge of creating a CHF module “Patient-Centered CHF Education Process” training for nurses. He is also currently working as a Nurse Practitioner for United Health Group Optum House Calls providing in-home patient-focused care in tune with proactive andpreventative health care for adult geriatric patients with a variety of health complications.
